This shredder is just for home use. You do have to empty it frequently as the bin is small. For the $ you can't go wrong! It does the job :) Also, I suggest the oil that goes with it!
On every level this product exceeded my expectations and the price could not be better. The service, Site-to-Store, was so convenient and Walmart employees were friendly and helpful. It shreds multiple sheets and has an auto setting that no review even mentioned. I'm delighted!
The Royal shredder is an excellent product that more than meets our needs for a home shredder. It is quiet and does the job as I would expect. This one replaces a shredder we had for many years .

This shredder is replacing one that was very loud. It does the job nicely and was an excellent price.
I bought this shredder to securely discarding the documents that have personal information such as account numbers, home addresses and phone numbers in them. I don't have to shred large documents. I just shred bank statements, and some other documents that have personal information on them. I don't need to shred 8 pages at a time but I have shredded 2-3 pages simultaneously of bank statements that are much heavier than the regular copy sheets. I had no problem shredding them. I also shredded small checks and other size papers. So far I had no problems in shredding whatever I tried. So, I am quite satisfied with my purchase.
This shedder is much quieter than one it is replacing and sheds much quicker. I'm very happy with the purchase. Just have to see if it lasts as long as my old one.
Shreds quickly - no problems so far. I bought the 2 yr warrenty based on some reports about cheaper shreaders like this one.
for the price, this is a very good product. it's my 5th shredder in a few years & like the others i've used, it will not quickly shred multiple pages, but it does the job on single pages quite nicely. for my needs, & this price. it's a really good buy!
I found this product to be just ok for the money. If you use it more than a few minutes, it will cut itself off and you have to unplug and wait for 30 minutes until it resets. It's loud and slow. Bogs down easily. It's ok for home use as long as you're not writing your memoirs!!! Spend a little more and get a better product.
