We're a small business and needed a new crosscut shredder and this one works as expected. Doesn't jam and the shredded material is completely destroyed.

Really overpriced. Not as strong as stated. Doesn't take much to stop it. Maybe 15 sheets of very thin paper, but not 15 sheets of normal everyday copy paper. Would not pay this much again for this item.
