I absolutely love this bath tub. My daughter was born at 6lbs and she sank right into the fabric. It is so much better than that hard plastic tub that your child slips and slides in unless you are holding on to your baby (difficult to wash your baby). This tub allows you to sit your baby in something soft while you wash your baby. And you do not have to fill the tub up with water, the water does not have to cover your baby (that is dangerous). Use the wash cloth to get your baby wet and rinse your baby off.
I had a 8lb 12oz baby girl and she still has plenty of room to grow and still use this seat, the head rest keeps her head in place and she doesn't slide around. The seat stays in place and dries quickly after use. I love this product and wouldn't use any other seat again.
Another great product that I would recommend. My niece loves bath time using the Summer Infant Bather. Her mother uses it in the bath tub because the sink is a double sink. She is very comfortable and enjoys her bath time.
I am a very busy mother of two and this product is perfect for me. me, my two year old and my new born all take a bath together to save time. I wash and my husband dries. i can set my youngest in the seat worry free while i bath the oldest. i love this tub!
Need more movement
I thought this would be more like a pouch or sling the baby would sink into. The fabric is so thight that the baby rolls and slides around on it. It looks very uncomfortable. It is also very high so to get a little water to cover the baby's bottom you have to fill the tub very full. I was looking so forward to trying this and I was very disappointed!
I got this seat because my daughter didn't like her hard plastic one. She likes this seat, but we've only had it a few weeks and it smells terrible! It's almost like a moldy smell. It got so bad we had to buy a different bath seat. Total waste of money and that moldy smell can't possibly be good for her. Save your money!
my daughters butt always slides down so she scrunches herself in the bottom...it is also very hard to sit her up without the thing tipping over to wash her back...i dont like it...the only thing i do like is the cover comes off to wash other than that piece of junk!
Ugh!! I would not recommend this to ANYONE!!! You have to fill your tub up A LOT! The fabric is way to tight, so my daughter just slips and slides everywhere!!!! Not worth the money for sure...
I agree, you really have to fill your bathtub up A LOT!!! And my girls slide around in it. DON'T BUY THIS!!!!
