I buy these every year for Christmas for my grandsons. They really like them and they are easy to fly. They are 5 and 7 years old
I would give 0 stars if I could. It didn't work out of the box (my son received as a gift so we don't have a receipt). One of the propeller motors never worked and I have no success in getting in touch with the company for a replacement. The 1st attempt was me calling them, waiting on hold for over 15 minutes with no one ever picking up the phone. They had prerecorded messages that said it would be faster if I emailed them, which I finally ended up doing and never got a response. I even made an inquiry through their website and never received a response. These are complete junk with no customer service.
The helicopter flies decently. Still, we could hardly use it. The issue is that batteries die quickly with it. Literally, they last just for the five minutes of flying. I used new duracell batteries. I am confused because I don't know if this is the issue of the helicopter or of the batteries. I replaced the batteries three times and I feel that I need a bunch of them to enjoy the toy at least for an hour. Still, as nobody else who wrote the reviews had this issue, my guess is that it is the helicopter that malfunctions.
