Seem like a good quality for the price I paid. Was happy I got 3 that I use regularly. Would purchase in the future.

Good average binder
Looks to be of pretty good quality.
Exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price!
I've never once had a problem with buying off of Walmart.com. But this time, I'm sad to say I'm disappointed. I received this binder today. It happened to be exactly what I was looking for, but it came to me broken. The back sleeve part was torn. Which isn't a problem, because I just needed a binder to hold papers in. The back of the binder is now starting to tear off, because of the sleeve. Something I'll have to Gorilla tape back together. Just be careful when ordering these!
Parent2ParentContest-- the price is low but expect to buy more because being so small it doesn't hold much and my kids destroyed them in no time as tough as they are on their book bags and other items.
These binders are low cost, but do not expect high quality construction or materials. Additionally, be sure you want the rings fastened to the back cover. That is not always the best for a task where it is necessary to turn pages rapidly. The good side is that Walmart is really good at returns.
Arrived with what looks like a giant's teeth marks on it. Will be returning.
