This container seemed like it would be way too much but I use it in my baked dessert recipes as well as toppings for tacos, baked potatoes, and smoothies, but mostly for yogurt parfaits that I make in batches, using the clear plastic cups also from Sam's Club.
I consider DAISY brand sour cream to be the best because they do not add emulsifiers to their products. I choose to purchase from Sam's Club because they offer me the convenient tub size and at a price much lower than other stores in the area. I also prefer the full fat option because it fits in well with my Keto dietary regimen.
Big tub of sour cream lasts a long time and is far preferable to the two small smaller plastic tubes of sour cream. It is great to have such a nice big supply where you're not having to go shopping so frequently. The quality of this Daisy sour cream is superior to other brands.
The best way to buy sour cream in my opinion. Obviously, I can get this at any grocery store, but the deal at Sams is really good.
I and my family love Daisy sour cream. It's so thick and flavorful. We eat it plain, with a little salt or flavored with garlic and onion to dip chips into. Our favorite by far.
We bought this when we were feeling too lazy to go to Walmart and get a smaller amount of sour cream for a recipe. However, we've been glad to have it on hand. We've added it to muffin recipes, taco night, etc. and it's been a great addition to have.
Sam's Club "used to" carry Meadow Gold sour cream. I love that sour cream. It was nice, creamy, and tangy. This stuff is just okay.
this sour cream is outdated clearly has a smell it looks like it was frozen and then defrosted
the sour cream itself is great I get it all the time but the packaging this time when I got it was busted at the bottom..
We opened 1 of the two Daisy Sourcreams we purchased and saw that it had been frozen; the texture was grainy and watery. I was not able to stir it into a smooth, creamy consistency at all.
