NOTE-that although in the heading this says color scanner, means it will copy things that are colored but it will not print IN COLOR. No color, but this is to your benefit if you don't really print pictures. Color laser jet printers cost a ton of money, and their cartridges are about $80, so you are better off without the color. This product is good cause the black cartridges is only $48. Lasts way longer than any ink-jet. I'll never buy an ink-jet again after seeing the speed of a laser!
I had a Dell all in one. Nothing but trouble. This has been wonderful!! It's done wonders to my nerves and my disposition. Never a failure! Great scanning and printing. Easy to use! Didn't even have to read instructions ~ it's all there! I highly recommend this product. Besides it's a compact size and doesn't require a lot of space..it's light , easy to move.
This printer does everything it claims. Good black and white printing for reports and forms. Color scanning is great if you just want digital copies in color. I won't speak about high quality photos, but that's not what this printer is for. Small business or home office environments can use this machine effectively. Many OCR options I have to admit I haven't tried. All in all, a very workable machine.
I love this printer! It was easy to setup and prints and copies great. Great deal for black and white printer. The colored ones are out of my range but this one was perfect....I replaced an easyshare kodak that didn't print well shortly after I purchased it. I fought with the company and they wouldn't do anything even though it was discountinued within a few months. They said it was the cheaper ink cartridges I was buying. I had tried Kodak ones and it still didn't work right. Very frustrating when you want to print and have to fight to get the job done. This one is very reliable and print is clear. I love the brother printer.
Following the printed instructions for installing software on my MAC, this printer cause a major conflict which required a call to AppleCare and 45 minutes to fix.
I love this printer. I am a college student and this printer does a awesome job. I am happy with the value and the reliability.
Great product for the money spent. Has many features that we use on a daily basis. My last printer used way too much ink and was very costly.
I've been pretty happy with my printer in the month since I bought it, and the copy function works well also. I haven't needed the fax or scanner yet. I appreciate the fact that even though the printer costs more than an inkjet, in the long run I'll save money because the ink lasts so much longer than those cartridges do! My only two (minor) complaints are the fact that I have to manually flip the paper when I print two-sided (which I usually do) and how much the printer curls the paper--I've even had a jam or two already. If I curl the paper the opposite direction before feeding it in to print on the other side, it's fine; it's just a pain is all.
good copier for the money. as a family we didn't need all the bells and whisles. make great copies for around our house with kids homework and my wife's teaching suppies.
