It's been kbbq since we got this . love how it works ,the oil pan under and ease of use only coz is when cleaning it up, not sure im doin it right coz instructions was slim but u need to unscrew the bottom to clean it well
I do love this indoor grill. Once I figured out how to use it to get the perfect grill marks %26 cook it to the perfect doneness. Use high temp w/lid off to get the perfect grill marks w/Lid on at Med heat to cook through. Veggies need high heat, get your grill marks %26 don't try to cook through, it's perfect with a crunch left to them. Great outdoor grill taste!
It grills hamburgers, chicken, etc. very well. I preheat on high for about 5 minutes and them put the meat, pre-cooked potatoes, and kab-bobs on. Remember to leave the lid on as much as possible. It grills well on medium-high to high.
I am very happy with this item. It is a lot bigger than I expected. You can cook 6 regular sized burgers on this grill. It heats up nicely. Easy to clean.

I am now able to grill all of my favorite vegetables and meat indoors with ease, and without having to worry about charcoal, smoke, or going outside. It's very easy to use and heats up quickly and cooks food evenly. The instruction manual is very informative, and I love that it has a cooking reference chart and recipes. Cleaning this grill is very easy as I can easily wash everything by hand (except the thermostat control switch) with ease. I would highly recommend this indoor grill to anyone.

You just plug this in and go. This works great, had some smoke even though we put water in the bottom as per the instructions. It wasnt too bad though. My biggest issue is the sides of the grill are on the shorter size so when you go to flip a burger it's easy to slide it right off the grill so you need to be careful. It fits 5 patties perfectly. Definitely recommend this!

It does take a little longer to cook than a traditional covered grill but it still does the same thing. I gave off one star because the base is plastic and you have to be careful how to wash it because of the electric component. It works with bacon even. The dial is a little hard to understand what temp you are on.
