Used it for the first time yesterday. Loved it. Kept the warm.
I love everything about this. It's stainless steel, it can be used 4 different ways and it is just so attractive. I bought if for a bridal shower gift but I would like one for myself!

Haven't actually used them yet, did plug one in and it appeared to heat up. Look very nice

Beautiful appliance but it just did not work as well as I had expected. My first time to use it was for a baby shower. I wanted to keep sliders hot and they were not hot. Just very disappointed.
Return to sender!! I think that says enough.
Returned this the same day received. After a 1-hour test, with the temp setting on "high", the maximum temperature reached was 109 deg in the center of the warmer and 94 deg on the ends near the handles. The manufacturer claims it will be 180 deg. On the "warming tray" setting, the max temp in the middle of the tray was 85 deg (vs. the 150 deg claimed by the manufacturer). Even worse, a thermostat cycles the heating element off and on, and when it's off, the temp drops another 10 deg. I could rest the back of my hand against the middle of the heating surface, and it barely felt warm (75 deg).
This junk I have had two the first one only worked 1 time. So I tried another it worked 2 times then would not heat at all. Do'nt waste your money.
