Easy to assemble and use.
The box the heater came in was ripped on one side but the heater was in great condition. Followed the direction to assemble. They were simple and easy to follow. Once completed I filled with K1 kerosene from Walmart and lit the heater. It took a couple minutes for the flame to become pronounced. After adjusting the wick to the proper height it produce nice warmth. I used it to warm my garage. When I shut it down I followed the direction including staying for a few minutes to ensure the flame goes out. Good thing I did as it restarted itself. That is an important safety point to follow. Had very little smell on start-up the first time but none after that.
So far I am satisfied with this heater. It is very easy to use - just follow the instructions. It heats up fairly quickly and even with the wick set to the lowest possible setting, it puts off a lot of heat and warms up my home. It is saving me from having to use the electric baseboard heaters in my home quite so much. It came with a syphon also for the kerosene, to refill it.
This is a wonderful product so wonderful I am going to order another one for the other side of the house. I love the way it heated this half of the house I have 11 rooms and the best part I save a lot of money. I was using baseboard heat need I say more.
I have had many Kero heaters over the years, this one is in the top 5% of the best! Easy assembly, no odor, no problems, just works exactly as advertised, what more could I ask for?? :) :)

Only negative I can find is that it was larger than I expected. However, works really well!

A very reasonable price, easy to understand directions. We replaced our old one that we used for over 20 years with this one. We are very happy with our new heater.
Easy to use, no mess, was alreday 90% installed. This heater was adequate to heat the area desired. I would recommend to a friend any time.
