bad heating element

I bought the Conair Ultimate Massaging Foot Bath for my daughter-in-law. While it appears to be attractive and has lots of features, I was greatly disappointed when I received a call from her about a week after Christmas asking where I bought the product. I guess that the massaging component worked but there was no hot/warm water. It seems that the heating element was kaput.

Heat option doesn't work!

I was so excited to get this product home and try it out, everything was great, the massagers felt great, the vibrate option, the scrub pads, everything was great - EXCEPT the water stayed ICE COLD! We followed the instructions perfect but the water wouldn't heat. After 15 minutes (the limit that it says to run it for) we unplugged it and emptied it out, later in the evening we filled it with warm water and tried again, within a few minutes of the water circulating through all the bubbles etc, it got really cold again. I will be returning this product. Maybe it was just a fluke, one defective foot spa, we'll see!

this product looks good in all aspects. everything else works but the heat. i hoped that it would heat up the water to at least 80 degrees but the water stayed cold. i was dissapointed.

The water does not stay warm like the booklet says. It states that it maintains the temperature but does not! It gets cold as soon as the water starts to circulate. If we still had the box it came in and the receipt mine would be going back as well. Not worth buying...

If You Like COLD Feet Buy This!

I bought this knowing it was only supposed to keep the warm water put into it warm. I have had other foot spas that did keep it warm IF you put warm water to begin with. I began with HOT water and within a couple of minutes it was ice cold. The bubbles, water jet and vibrating helped to cool it down. I definately would NOT buy this product again!

Don't Waste Your Money.

This is not worth the $$ at all. It has heat, but once you read the paperwork, it is only to maintain the temperature of the water you put in it which it doesn't do. It doesn't heat the water. The hot water I put in was cold after a few minutes due to the bubbling water cooling it down. I don't know about anyone else, but I prefer hot water or at least warm water. The bubbling action also pushes the water out of the tub so your floor is wet. I am taking this back to the store for a refund. Not the quality I expected from a well known name like Conair. Two thumbs down on this one!

the jets are very weak, you cant almost feel them. the water gets cold very fast and the bubbles make a big mess around the massager. the attachments dont move and only click into the bottom, so u have to rub your feet up and down on them. the machine is also very loud.

We bought the machine thinking it would be a great product. However after following the instructions the water turned cold after just a couple minutes and did not warm back up or stay warm. Would not recommend this product or purchase another one.

I received this for a Christmas gift from my husband. We filled it with hot water, which does cool after a bit as it doesn't heat the water. The massager rollers on the bottom are not automatic, meaning they do not move on their own! If I am putting my feet in there I do not want to have to move my feet around to get a massage, I want it to do it for me. The vibration mode wasn't too exciting either, you could barely feel it. This also splashed on the floor, even though I filled it to the proper fill line. I'm taking this back, the description on the box sounds great, but in reality it doesn't give much of a massage.
