this has to be the best thing i have ever bought It amazes me each time i empty the bin at how much it picks up each time i use it. My home is always clean and fresh now
Love, love it set it and it goes to work can preset for a week and it will vacuum everyday while you take a nap, bubble bath or nap. Great just remember to empty the trash bin and it's ready to suck it up again.
Love it and everything I read in reasearching more than one robot vacuum sent me to this one!! It has large capacity and handles pet hair great! I had a few problems programming it correctly but was a user error not the vacuum. It is a bit loud on the hardwood floors but I make sure to use it on the side that I'm not in at the time. Great purchase at Sam's and fantastic value!
I bought the bob vacuum over a month ago. I love I can just set him loose in a room with any floor type and it's clean.
We've only been using this product for about 2 weeks and are very happy with our purchase. I love the size and color (champagne) too. It cleans carpets and hardwood floors so much better than the Shark robotic vacuum we have. It also finds its way back to the charger faster than Shark.
Easy to use robot vacuum, it cleans very good. Easy to empty, programmable and good looking.
Steve is an awesome helper! He literally picks up dust bunnies we didn't even know existed. I have polished cement floors and even after I use a hand vacuum I was curious and turned Steve on, he got up so much more than I did! I haven't used the mop portion as apparently I haven't gotten that far, but if he is as good as mopper as he is vacuumer, we are doing great! The ONLY ONLY negative is it is a tiny bit difficult to program and he scares the bejeebus out of my old dog.
Battery life has been consistently around 85 minutes per charge. Bob has some problems getting stuck under items that are just slightly higher than Bob at entry and then narrows down. Bob is very good on tile/wood but really has some problems going from that to carpet.
Great helper, you just have to keep an eye on it because it will get stuck underneath furniture or getting on carpet. Other than that it picks up dust, and pet hair wonderfully. I'm glad I got it, makes my job of cleaning easier
This was a Christmas present. I like it. I get a lot of hair on my laminate floors from having 2 dogs. I use it daily it picks up most of the hair. I don't like that it roams randomly all over. I would prefer it to go more organized but it does a pretty good job.
