I have enjoyed this breakfast cereal for many years. Before this cereal was available, I used to mix a good tasting, low fiber cereal 1/2 and 1/2 with a bad tasting but high fiber cereal. Now I have a ready mixed cereal that has both good taste and high fiber.
Of all the Fiber One cereals this is my favorite. It has plenty of fiber and no aftertaste. It almost tastes like candy to me (but the healthy kind)
I can not find this cereal in any store here in Kalamazoo I can order it online and have it delivered in a couple of days I am totally satisfied with Walmart.
I have been eating Fiber One cereals and cereal bars for good while but just recently discovered this flavor, Caramel Delight. I really love the taste and crispiness of this one. All of the Fiber One Cereals are really good but Caramel Delight is now my favorite one.It has 180 calories for 1 cup, 3g fat, 230mg sodium, 130mg potassium, 9g fiber, 11g sugar, 22carbs., 3g protein. I like it with or without milk. It's good to snack on when you want something crunchy with a little sweetness. I love this cereal and I guess many other people like it also because it sells out very quickly. It really fills me up so I don't get hungry until lunch time. I have eaten it for a meal or for a snack at different times during the day. I am also diabetic but this cereal does not elevate my blood glucose level which is a good thing. I highly recommend it...try it, you will like it...it is delicious!
This is a great tasting high fiber cereal. My entire family loves it which is nice.
Can not find this product locally I can get it within a couple of days.
Fiber One Caramel Delight Cereal is our very favorite cereal of all time. We absolutely love it. Our grand children love it. We all set around eating this delicious cereal right out of the box like a healthy snack. WHY IN THE WORLD DID General Mills quit making this cereal. Everytime we went to the grocery store, we would buy all we could find. The grocer told us it was the MOST POPULAR CEREAL AND difficult to keep on the shelves as every LOVED IT. SO WHY WOULD GM QUIT MAKING A CEREAL THAT EVERYONE LOVED SO MUCH?? PLEASE TELL US!! Please start making this cereal again!! PLEASE Mrs. D. Callahan
Good choice for a healthy cereal with lots of Fiber to keep you focused on meeting daily goals.
