O.M.G.!!! I absolutely love my Bobsweep Pethair Plus!!! I now get to sit and relax while it vaccuums AND mops all at once!! I paid more for the Plus version because this one comes with washable cloth mop pads. I also ordered an additional wet mop attachment through Bobsweep Customer Service that has a reservoir in it to put cleaning fluid in, which now helps to keep the mop pad wet long enough to get the job done. I felt the Bobsweep company was very helpful, prompt, and polite, and seem to truly care about their customers and products. I am so happy with my Bob!!
We have had this lovely robot for 6 months now. We couldn't live without it! Our floors and carpets have never been cleaner. Such a big help with so many pets. It allows us extra time to play with our little ones. Definitely need this product for your home!
I have 3 words to start with. I LOVE BOB ! I have always been very skeptical about Robotic Vacuums mostly because years ago my mother bought one (different brand) and had nothing but problems and it didn't pick up very well. Now Bob is another story. First of all he is very easy to set up and there are also videos you can watch. When you take it out of the box. You need to put the side brush on and it comes with a screw driver and the screws you need. You need to put batteries in the remote and they do not come with it. Then I found a place to plug in Bob's home base and set it on the base and let it charge. When he was ready to go. I hit the switch on the unit and hit the go button on the remote and away Bob went. If you are wondering why I am calling my vacuum Bob. It is because that is his name. He came with a Birth Certificate and that was his given name. His height, weight and his birthday was also on the certificate. I thought the Certificate was cute addition to the unit. I sent Bob to our bedroom. I have carpet in the room and I also have 3 dogs and one of them is an Alaskan Husky and she is shedding terribly right now and with the heat running the hair blows all over. The test began. He was in there about 15 minutes going under the bed and under the dressers. When he was finished in there I hit the charge button as I was curious how much of a charge was left and Bob is very obedient. He went right back to his home and started charging. Only one bar out of 4 was gone. Then I pulled the dust bin and could not believe how much hair Bob had picked up. I had just vacuumed 2 days before. If I can I will post a picture of how much hair was in the dust bin. The other thing is I have 2 shag rugs in my living room and I tested him out on them. He went for awhile. But he got stuck a few times but if you read your manual. You can take the main brush off the bottom and away he goes. It doesn't pick up quite as good as with the brush and the book tells you that. But it does so a good job. I also threw some wrappers from life savers down and some dog food in front of Bob and he picked them, Something my 2 other vacuum cleaners do not pick up. Would I recommend this vacuum. Yes I would. Matter of fact I already bought one for my daughter and it is on the way to her house for a surprise gift.
Bob has helped our pet hair problems substantially. We have two large dogs in the house and use him several times a week. Would recommend for people trying to cut down on how much they're having to sweep!
We were told by a friend when looking for a robotic vacuum to check out bobsweep before looking elsewhere. We found ours on walmart.com and have yet to regret it. We've had our Bob for a little over a year and we have zero complaints. It keeps up well with our Australian Shepherds shedding in our 1700sf home. We just set the programmable schedule for midnight every night and it takes care of the hard work while we sleep. We recently had an issue with one of the drive wheels and had to file a claim with our warranty. Customer service was great. They gave us the option to send it back and have them fix it for us or send us the part and a step-by-step video so we could fix it ourselves. We chose the latter. Our part was delivered quickly and the replacement process was easy and flawless thanks to the video provided. I would easily recommend bobsweep to anyone looking for a robotic vacuum cleaner to help with the chores and especially to anyone with a heavy shredder like our Aussie.
Bob is my trusted House Elf, having 3 children and 4 dogs he is my everyday helper. Bobs huge advantage is the really large dustbin compared to other brands. He still is small enough to fit under most furniture that will collect hair amd dust. I love that i don't habe to try to reach under there. Bob cones with a Block that can keep him out of certain areas without having an actual physical barrier. He can also,be programmed to start at certain times of the day or week and will find his way back into the charging station on his own. His cleaning capability is very strong, he has no issues cleaning up the rugs from our husky mix shedding. He also,has a UV light underneath that's supposed to kill bacteria as he goes. He can be used in a mopping function too but I don't use that. However with the wafflerack or spiral mode turned on he could totally clean up a spill for you. He does the job well and I don't want to miss him from my household.
I've had my BoB for several months now and it's fantastic! He does a very thorough job. And i love that he returns to his charging station when finished. My house is older and he sometimes gets stuck under the cabinets in the kitchen. Otherwise I'd give him full 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love this! It makes my life so much easier as a mom. It does a great job and the charge lasts a decent amount of time. My only complaint is that I feel like it misses some spots because it doesn't follow a specific pattern. Overall, though I am very impressed!
Bob gets lost a lot. He focuses a long time in tge same area, then i pick him up to get him cleaning somewhere else and he goes to his charger. If you accidentally bump him when hes on the charger he circles around looking for tge charger getting further and further away. Heâs frustrating.
Returning this. I don't usually do reviews but I wanted to LOVE this so bad. I had the shark robot and loved it. The only reason I got this was bc it was sale and has a mop. gets stuck on my rug! Useless if you have a rug.
