Really!! If I tried to dance disco again I wouldn't look 'cool' or cute, I'd probably pass out and pray I remembered to change my 'granny panties'. Or,as granny used to say "Bloomers." Its amazing how much a pretty (I think I was?) 19 year old with no dance skills can get away with in a neon halter top,bleached jean SHORTS and sparkly sandals! Ah the days!! Shake,shake,shake indeed!! The reason I went so OFF topic is because I really like the Carnation Breakfast Essentials No Sugar Added drink mix, but,shake WELL--however ya shake 'it'. My daughter in law told me I should buy one of those little drink shakers--using a spoon doesn't really dissolve all the powder. I put my breakfast or snack in a glass of Blue Diamond Almond milk --this is filling and really does 'hit the spot' when I want something not too sweet with all required vitamins and protein. One glass or packet is plenty for a serving. My favorite flavor is vanilla and as the first reviewer said it's hard to find the assortment or (in my case) vanilla in the store. Budget wise even if I stock up I save.The dry packets are more sensible--(to me) than spending extra money on prepared drinks that are (sometimes) loaded with sugar. Boogie,oogy,oogy! Thanks.
I really love this for breakfast but I drink it as a meal replacement sometimes too! The problem I'm having is finding it. The local store does not have it in very often but when I can find it I stock up.
I love it when mix with unsweetened almond milk. Make it more lower gram of sugar. Regular milk 2% or 1% or skim milk. All have 12 gram of sugar. Unsweetened almond milk only 0 gram. And 30 calories plus the shake 70 calories.
