My son is 5 and saw this product and asked for it. I bought it and he loves it. He likes to send messages on it. It can be a little difficult to figure out, but once you sit down and play with it you will have a blast with your kid.
I purchased this product for a cross country drive for my 5 year old twins. It is not worth the money at all. You are supposed to be able to play with each other but you can barely see what the other person is doing. Also, the IM has a poor resolution to where you cannot make out what was said. Worst purchase ever!
