This is our first time to buy a product from Neatgear. It's small, lightweight and very inexpensive. It works like it's supposed to do.
Walmart had a great sale price. Shipping time was reasonable from a third party provider. Product was safely packaged for shipping. Product arrived in excellent condition. Documentation was clear and simple. Website offered setup options with or without phone app. Setup was easy and product works as advertised.
WOW, this WiFi works better than the one I rented. I've never seen full reception on my devices before. I am so impressed. I love Netgear. I didn't even have to perform a speed test, I already see a great difference.
So far it has functioned like it's suppoed to. Although it advertises that it works in large homes, I live in a small cabin and it works well for me. My past unit was also a Netgear.
Only off of five stars because of how little help there is setting it up and learning what customization is possible. There is more to know to update and setup a safer network but it isn't easy to find and you are on your own. Probably a problem with all tech today. Excellent wifi though.
Works, but is really slow. Less then 100 mbps. even on wifi 5g. Very basic, easy set-up though. Returning.
Claims to reach over 700mbs but I have gigablast internet and doesn't even go over 100mbs at best so if you have under 100mbs that's fine but if you have over I highly don't recommend wasting money.
at first it worked well but then on the 3rd day it stopped connecting to the Wi-Fi on my providers side it was all good but this router sucks I wouldn't recommend this to anybody don't waste your money I thought it was a good price too for my small home but I guess you get what u paid for !. will be getting a refund and for sure this time get a better one !.
This product is a joke. My internet is supposed to have 600Mbs speed. With this router, it only provides 90Mbs. Called NETGEAR and was told this modem ARE NOT capable of delivering over 100 Mbps because all 5 LAN ports are 10/100 ports. DO NOT BUY this if you are trying to achieve greater than 100Mbps Internet connections.
You guys sold me a USED ROUTER. How am I supposed to feel comfortable with this? It's clearly worn and used. I am livid that I have to go out of my way into the store to return it now.
