First let me begin by saying that I have never reviewed a product before, even though I always read reviews before I purchase anything. My review is not on the 24K Gold Gel Primer, it is about NuFace the company. I purchased the 24K Gold Gel Primer, but never received the delivery. When I checked the tracking information it indicated that the package had been delivered and signed for by an individual that works at my office, although I never received it. I contacted NuFace and explained that I had never received the delivery. NuFace contacted me the very next day to advise me that they had already shipped to me a replacement primer and even supplied the tracking information. Now that is what I call a Top Notch Company. They could have simply said sorry it was shipped and signed for, but they never questioned anything. NuFace and their customer service really puts the customer first. Needless to say, I will be a returning customer. Thank you NuFace, you really are an exceptional company.
I was growing weary of having to wash my face before and after using the standard gel primer and was concerned with the possibility of dryness. These new formulas are lightweight and the ability to leave them on my skin eliminates the time to wash my face again.
I love the stay on 24 K GoldGel! It has made my skin feel so good. It feels smooth and tight. I will continue using this product .
I use the 24K Gold Gel Primer every 3 days and in between I use your regular or new gel primer. The 24 Kt. really does brighten the skin over regular use. I get compliments on my skin all the time. I have also been using the Pro Trinity Device for almost 2 years now. Super product!!
I finally got a Nu Face facial toning device after waiting for months. QVC had a 5-easy pay offer so I indulged. Unfortunately, the primer gel it came with made my face break out in hot, itchy red bumps. I purchased the 24K Gold Gel and it's fabulous! No breakouts or negative skin reaction of any kind. I love using my Nu Face and I think it's improving the tone of my facial muscles. Next stop, the light attachment!
Finally, a gel I am not allergic to. When I first got my Nuface Mini, I was allergic to the Nuface Primer. Then I tried aloe vera gel and it worked until the formula got changed and I was allergic to it. I have tried several other aloe vera gels and another gel that was on youtube, and I was allergic to them also. When the 24K gold gel primer - Brighten came out, it was worth the a try AND IT WORKED. I have been using it for a month and so far everything is wonderful. I love the fact that you do not have to rinse it off and it seems like I am getting quicker results. I can almost see daily changes. I would like later to try the other firming gel, but I think I will wait on that. Thank you Nuface!
My Daughter bought me the mini for Mother's Day. I absolutely love it! The standard gel that comes with it really made my skin dry. I tried the 24K gel primer brighten, and love it. It does not dry my skin out. Now that I know this product does not dry my skin out, I am going to try the 24K firming gel next
I had the original Nu Face. Used it faithfully with great results. I bought the Trinity and love it. NuFace has finally fixed the inconvience of the gel. The fact that you can leave the gel on makes a huge difference on how often I use my Trinity. Thank you NuFace!!!!
It's better than the regular primer but it's quite expensive. I only use it occasionally.
I have only been using a couple of weeks but see a difference now. I had been using the primer that came with unit and really haven't seen a difference. The unit I have been using 6 days a week for the last 4 months. Cost more to buy. Bought at sell price which probably should be the cost all the time. I think more people would by it.
