We were very pleased when we opened the box. Such quality, easily put together, and fabulous all around
Very nice fountain. Water flow was too fast for my liking. Turned down pump all the way but still to fast. My solution was to put a small clamp on hose to better adjust it.
Purchased this fountain and had to return it due to the bottom being broken. (Warning: open the box before accepting delivery!) When the second one arrived, it had a nice patina finish resembling stone and assembled in a snap. Very basic pump system with lights. Extra light bulbs are included, which is nice. Lights can be a bit bright, but operate on a separate electrical plug if you wish not to have them on. Instructions came with a customer service number for help or parts. A little on the expensive side, but compliments our patio very nicely.
Got my second fountain today. First one came smashed on one side exposing the interior. The new shipment came in good condition, however the top and bottom of fountain do not align, off by 1/4 inch so I cannot screw the two pieces together. The ad states the fountain can be lit, well, only the two small top and middle tears light up. The large bottom basin does not, so when it is dark and the lights are on you only see the top half of the fountain. Very disappointed - for the money this item should have been inspected before leaving the manufacture. Plan on returning this one again.
The Fountain Look ok but for the money i paid the Material is very cheap. Customer Service very Helpful but a little disappointed about the quality
The fountain top does not match up to the bottom. It is off by an inch. There were cracks that were glued with an epoxy and not even painted and they show! There was a poor quality paint job overall at the base/top mating point. I had to spend 45 minutes repainting just to make it decent looking. I deserve a partial refund.
