The quad massaging system gets to the sore spots on the back and bring relief. I would recommend this product for everyone, even those who don't suffer from back pain, as a means of taking time for yourself with a soothing massage to feel good at the end of the day.
I have chronic back problems and this massage cushion has worked wonders in helping alleviate the pain. My chiropractor recommended I get something and what I've got is a miracle worker. This is the best investment I've made in a long time and it has already saved me 2 trips to the chiropractor (which equals a savings of $15 per visit). This is a must-buy, even for those who don't suffer from back pain.
pros: Overall nice massager. cons: It is too short for many people to be able to massage low and high back. I would recommend to put info on a box about how tall should be a person to use it.
This was a great purchase. I use it every day after work. When family or friends come over, they ask if they can use it also. For anyone who has tension or back problems, this is perfect.
It's an excellent product for the price and performed beyond my expectations. The only thing that I would try to improve on would be the height of the massage area so that it would go further up on the back, to the base of the neck. I realize that people are different heights and builds, but it just falls a bit short of where I'd like it to go unless I sort of "slump" in the chair and, then, when it goes back down, I have to sit back up. Other than that, I love it!! So does my wife even though she thought I was "nuts" when I got it. She now uses it on the "roller setting" and I use both that and the shiatsu settings.
This product is great!! The massager greatly helps relieve tension in my back. I like the ability to change the width of the rollers. The rollers stop short of the neck area and there is no heat with this item; however, overall the massager is wonderful for a quick stress relief if you don't have a hour or the money to go to the massage therapist.
The product is really good and a steal for the price I paid. shiatsu and rolling is good. But it could be better. I wish it have car plug adapter so you can put it in your car seat. I wish they make it longer so the kneading can go further up near the neck area. But for the price, it really worth it.
i bought the Quad Roller Massaging couple weeks ago. it works great on the lower back and the middle but when i press the upper back or full back, it does not go over the middle back, even thogh there is a botton "upper back". so i'm going to return it and get another one that goes to the upper back too. one problem, they don't have it in the store to check if it's working properly, had to order it online and you don't know what you are going to get. the appearance of the cushion is not very attractive, it made of plastic instead of soft fabric. also you have to unplug it every time you done using it for durability, it not very comfortable.
I bought this product because my husband and I get back pain. After using it for one day, it made my back worse, so I decided to let my husband use to thinking that I was using it wrong. He used it and did the same thing to him.
Worked fine for the first month, then got stuck in demo mode. I was expecting full back coverage, but it only got the middle 75% of the center of your back. Walmart took it back with no problems.
