[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great sewing machine for beginners. Prior to using this model, I used the Brother XM2701 which is also an excellent machine for beginners. I love that the CE1125PRW gives you such a variety of stitching options. The LCD screen is easy to read and use and it is extremely helpful that it tells you exactly which foot you need for the stitch that you select. Changing the foot is quite easy, and the instruction manual is clear about how to change them. Threading the machine is easy as well, there is a guide on the machine as well as a section in the instruction manual, but if you still have trouble, I recommend looking for a video online showing you how to do it. There is a light, which is great when working in low light rooms. Everything about this machine is straight forward and easy to understand. This is the perfect machine for all my basic sewing needs.

What I like about this sewing machine is that it is equipped with 99 stich patterns and has a digital screen. I decided to try the different stitches out on a piece of fabric before sewing a ripped pair of pants. I was glad to see that the stitches come out perfect. I was able to fix the ripped pair of pants quickly. This machine is very easy to use even for beginners like myself. This machine also features a compartment on the end of it to store thread and other sewing accessories. It gives off a quiet noise which is a plus. The only cons I have is that it is only semi self threading and does not cut odff the thread but that is not too big of a deal.

I always wanted to learn how to sew on a sewing machine.i wasn't good at it at home ec. I can take my time mastering sewing and making clothes with simplicity pattern. Its computerized.it helps to make sewing easier.it includes accessories.im not good at seeing yet but with this machine and me going on YouTube will help me a lot .I love it so much ,I'm not going to loan it out.
I'm impressed at how much thick material this handles. I was calling it a beast, until I made some projects with chiffon. It handled the delicate fabric beautifully, & I love the results. I've tested several feet, with different settings, & haven't had a single issue, & it's been so much fun. I love this machine!

I love that it comes with all of the extra feet and needles. My 6 year old son had also had fun and was able to pick which stitch he wanted to try. It was easy to set up and thread

I enjoy quilting and this is a perfect machine for the job ! I also appreciate the easy set up and enjoy using it for casual and fun projects as well as basic stitching. I love the digital aspect, and the LCD light when you turn on the machine is super cool (and helpful). I especially love that all the different stitch styles are shown on the front - such a smart idea and so helpful for choosing the right stitch for your project. This is my first time using a computerized machine and I thought it would be tricky, but it's so easy! All of the stitches are listed right on the machine to input. I usually just see blankets and pillows, but I think it's going to be easy to get started on clothes with this! Brother machines never fail!

The Brother CE1125PRW, Project Runway Edition is a wonderful machine. I had some difficulty following the inserted directions, so I went to the Brother website and YouTube for tutorials which helped tremendously. The machine has over 100 stitches which helps with a variety of projects. It has a built in storage compartment to store the multiple extra sewing feet and other accessories. The LED screen is back-lit and easy to read. It's lightweight, easy to move, but sturdy and very well made. The bright LED workspace light in addition to performing quietly has helped me work on projects late at night without disturbing anyone. I absolutely love this Brothers sewing machine and look forward to using it for many years to come!
