I was a little "iffy" on purchasing it because it was so cheap. but I did weeks and weeks of research and went with this one. not only because of the price, but it did come with a warranty. it did have one VERY small dent on the top of the computer and no scratches at all... it is definitely worth every penny I spent on it. I would highly recommend this vendor. the only thing I had to do after I got the computer, was update the software to macOS Sierra. thank you for the great MacBook Pro. I am truly impressed!!1
Great item
I was hesitant with the bad review on this item, I ordered my macbook from JemJem and I realized that the reviews from all the vendors are combined so I took a shot in the dark and went for it and my macbook has a couple very small scratches and is scratched on the bottom (i don't really care) a macbook for 465$ i thought it had to be too good to be true but so far I am in love with my macbook I couldn't be happier it runs great, I do need to purchase snowleapord as it does come with mountain lion but that's not a big deal either. I read other reviews of laptops trying to find reviews of JemJem because that seemed to be the best option for a vendor. I did skim across some reviews that mentioned the name of other vendors and people having bad results with them so do your research on which vendor you're purchasing your macbook from. Also be weary of there are people that love to give bad reviews because they just love finding something bad about everything, so be analytical between the difference of a sincerly bad review and people just badmouthing a product for the enjoyment of it. Works great! A little scratched and dented but that doesn't matter to me. I haven't had any issues with this product so far and I am super satisfied.
This was delivered 6 Days before they said. It looks really clean and so far it has been what I was looking for. I would suggest on limited budget it meets my needs.
I bought it check my email 2 times now it wont turn on for nothing
I was excited to order a refurbished Mac pro and look forward to a product I was familiar with. But as it turns out the computer has no sound. I've already taken it to the Apple Store here in Raleigh and they had to wipe it clean to do a diagnostic and rebooting. Still no sound. I was also disappointed that it wasn't loaded with Microsoft Word, and that's probably on me. I still have the package that came in and I'm thinking about sending it back. I bought this last week knowing it was refurbished, however it was not even close to something which we could use. It was fully scratched and was not at all useable. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. Seller was of no help, instead deducted $46.49 and made me responsible for returning the item. I paid another $10 for shipping it back. I am totally frustrated. SELLER WAS OF NO HELP. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
Maybe it's just my luck in this item . But this one keep turning off .so I have to have the the charger blued in .noway for the price I paid in this one iam keeping it
The computer had a built in battery that needed to be serviced. In other words, the computer would only work as long as it was plugged up, but the battery could not be charged and needed to be replaced.
