Bought this a week ago and was very impressed with assembly and look. Works great and gives off a lot of heat! One very small issue that the company very quickly addressed; great customer service! Highly recommend.
I bought this heater a month ago and am very pleased with it. The hammered bronze finish with stainless steel head looks awesome on the patio. It gives off great heat on chilly nights on just the medium setting!
Bought this heater for a party and it was easy to put together. I like to store it in the garage when not in use and was happy I was able to move it myself without my husband. My previous one was very difficult to move and the wheels didn't last.
ordered this for our patio...used it a lot in the winter and it sat in the garage over the summer. got it out this fall to find a thermocouple replacement was needed. warranty repair parts were available very quickly and it was easy to order. Thanks!

My wife and I purchased 2 patio heaters to cover both sides of the sitting area on the patio and it has worked to perfection. We place the heaters on low because of the range of heat the units put-out.
We enjoyed our screened patio all summer and wished to extend our enjoyment of it into the fall. We ordered the patio heater on Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday. I assembled it in about 2 hours. Would have been quicker if I had followed the instruction more closely. After I connected the propane tank, it took a few attempts to get the pilot ignited. Once the air purged from the line, it ignited. We love the bronze color because it complements our patio colors. It was raining and 52 degrees, but we enjoyed dinner on the patio with friends. The patio heater was turned up about 50%. We were a little cool, but with a light wrap, the patio was comfortable for dinner. Glad we bought it and hope it lasts for many years.
I had purchased two of these heaters at the Scottsdale, AZ Sam's Club a couple of years ago and was very pleased with the quality of the construction and pricing. The clubs don't seem to handle these heaters at their store locations. It's an online purchase only. The recent two heateers purchased don't have the same color at all even though it states Bronze on the order and the box that was that used for delivery. It's more of a copper color and doesn't match with the patio table and chairs like the previous heaters did. It's a much lighter weight unit. I have just unpacked one and assembled. I don't know if there is a right color because this is the only bronze illustrated on the web site. Order # 2914430498
I bought this a couple of years ago and it has been nothing but trouble the entire time. Super fiddly, doesn't want to light, and requires us to get up on a step ladder to take it apart and deep clean it almost weekly just to get it to work. When it is lit it pits out good heat, but that's about the only nice thing I can say. Very disappointed overall.
Purchased this last year. Always had a very difficult time getting it to light. Once weekend it would, the next weekend it would not light at all. Now this year its does not light at all. Did everything in the instruction manual, very disappointing given how much I spend on this.
