My little 3 almost four month old started rolling over very early and I couldnt let my baby sleep alone because of that but now I can thanks to this amazing product I feel better sleeping through the night knowing my baby is okay [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We had another style monitor for my son that set off so many false alarms for my son, so when my daughter was born we wanted something more reliable. So far the Oma Sense has been working well for my 5 week old. She sleeps a lot and doesn't seem to be bothered by this on her belly.
I have a 2 month old son at home who I swaddle and lay on his back to sleep. I have started using the Levano Omasense to monitor his breathing. It's super simple to use. One button turns it on and it makes a sound so you know it's working. Then it will give a gentle flash of blue every so often to let you know it's monitoring his movements. After 15 seconds of no movement it will give him some vibrations to stir him if he has stopped breathing. If there still isn't any movement an alarm will sound to alert you. Thankful I haven't heard that yet, but I did test it on myself and it does work! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Let me start off by saying I wish I had it with my first. I was up and down always checking on her. This little device is a beauty and gave me some peace of mind while my son used it last night. It really helped out. The size is maybe about like an egg in length width isn't too wide. I will admit I had issues opening the back to get the battery in but that was from me just not realizing how somple it was. It clips on pretty easily and works like a charm. If you are a new mom, or even a mom that gets nervous, this is a great product to have! I love that it will send out an alarm if the baby is not moving enough. Really gives you a piece of mind. (Lets be real, we will still check the baby). But its nice having it just in case! It does not get in the way because of the size which is GREAT! I highly recommend! Love the Oma Sense! It clips on so easily and it gives us some peace of mind while our baby sleeps. Worth the money and provides more “real time” monitoring than other, more expensive products on the market.
This is worth every penny and then some, the peace of mind is priceless. I can actually sleep knowing my baby is being monitored. There's false alarms, but better than her not breathing and not being alerted. My only complaint is attaching it, but I use my nanit band and it works
I got this for my baby who is now 8 weeks old. I have been using the product for the past 3 days and so far it has helped me to be able to sleep better without having to wake up constantly to check him. It definitely provides a peace of mind. Product is easy to setup and use. Only complaint so far is that it doesn't clip on to zippered onsies/pajamas
This monitor give you a peace of mind for your sleeping baby. Takes off that edge of having to look and check on them every second. Easy to clip on and turn on and off with audible sounds that it is turned on or off. Battery light will indiate if battery needs changed. Lots of false alarms, we used as directed and put it correctly on our baby. We are getting a false alarm every night, sometimes multiples!
