Excellent product, excellent price, excellent service!!
Have owned for two weeks now, I am 6'3" and 340 lbs. Chair is solid and comfortable. Assembly was easy, made easier by using a socket wrench instead of provided allen wrench. Only *slight* issue is the height adjustment is minimal. This chair retails for $400 elsewhere. Good Buy.
Very comfy. Really supports my lower back. Easy to assemble. However it sits really low. The hydraulic lift doesn't lift up by very much. Could use more height in that area.
In my office for work purpose. But it doesn't go high the recline angle is too low.
TIve had this chair for 2 years now. I regretted it the first time I sat in it. The chair is incredibly noisy. It creaks and squeaks anytime I shift in it. Assembly was a pain, as the threaded connections didn't line up properly on the armrests to the body and seat of the chair. Had to muscle the lineups to get threads on the bolts started. When you sit, it feels like the seat pan leans forward and not flat. No way to adjust that. The padding and aesthetics of the chair is great but it's not worth the $$$. Stay away.
I am plenty handy and I spent over 2 hours laboring to assemble this chair. The 4 screws to attach the back support plate were too long at 1-1/2" and would not tighten all the way even with the use of my ratchet socket tool. I requested shorter (1") screws and one week later am still waiting. I used washers to solve the problem. As to comfort, be prepared to sit lower in this chair - it is at least an inch lower than my old chair. The lower seat height setting results in added stress on my thighs. Also, be prepared to sit in a more upright position. While the chair will tilt back, it normally sits straight up. This upright back support position, with the shorter seat height causes my legs to be in constant stress to push the angle of the chair back rearward. I was therefore really disappointed with the comfort. The price of the chair was reasonable. It seems to be made with good, sturdy materials. I also have no complaints about its overall looks. It was not easy to assemble and not comfortable to sit in.
The height was low as in another review. But you can ask for a larger one from the manufacturer. Mine died within 2 months. It's also stiff to recline. Other than that it's comfortable
This chair cost a lot and it's junk. The arms are peeling apart after one month. It squeaks, It makes my knees hurt. I feel like I got took.
