and even better for a busy mom or anyone wanting good tasting fresh made foods. Simple, no extra ingredient preparation makes this a great camping take along. Add a little more water or "milk" to the recipe and make great pancakes too!
I am used to the muffins from Betty crocker and Costco or Sam's club. I was expecting something with the same or similar flavor and texture. I felt these were VERY bland. I don't know if they need more almond or more sugar...maybe I got a bad batch? The texture was less fluffy and very dense but, maybe I did something wrong? I have one more can that I will try but I won't count on it being very different. I would have given it 1 star but one of my kids and my husband loved them. Weird!
