This laminator is EXACTLY what I was looking for without the high price. Unless you have to laminate 100 or so sheets often, there is no need to spend the extra money for an industrial sized one. I did six sheets in less than two minutes. Great product at a great price!
Bought the laminator for the team soccer passes. Works great.
It does a great job of laminating. Simple to operate. The only thing I have noticed is that it does take quite a while to get up to temperature, but does a good job otherwise!
I have only use it several times on small ID card size items with no problems.
Did not work as advertised. Jam release did not work. Had to dis-assemble to correct feed problem. After re-assembly machine seemsw to be working fairly well.
The item came defective. I was unable to laminate even one sheet.

If I could give this product negative stars for customer service and product quality, I would. I only used product to laminate a few things here and there. It worked great until it jammed. I took it apart but it would not release the paper. I have attempted multiple times to contact the company but they will not return phone calls or e-mails. Not a good way to practice customer service.
I have plugged this laminator in three times. I laminated maybe 20 items. The third time I plugged the machine in was today. It powers on. It heats up. It just won't roll. Ridiculous!
