We bought two of these phones originally one for myself and one for mom. After using it for a while I decided they are great phones. Fast, efficient, love the five inch screen, and so easy to use with our Net10 carrier. Only problems I've found is I can't find any good heavy duty clip phone cases for this specific phone. I've tried some universal cases that are mostly to big. So far its my only complaint.
I returned the phone the next day. I did not like anything about it. Finding a user manual on-line was difficult. After using an older Samsung android phone I thought the VeryKool would be a good, inexpensive choice. Icons, symbols all weird & not easily selected. Maybe I was spoiled with the Samsung.
