Worked great, for one day...now the Christmas line return hassle with no receipt cause it was a gift...will take my entire lunch break. Don't bother.
Bought this product for myself and used it occasionally for one week before the motor burned out! It doesn't vibrate and is awkward on the back of the neck. Not worth the money and not a good product. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this.
