My son showed an interest in learning to play the piano. I asked his Piano teacher to recommend a piano from Wal-Mart's website. He suggested this piano and I have been very pleased with the purchase. My son has lessons twice a week and he practices in his room WITH HIS HEADPHONES which are included with the keyboard.
I ordered this keyboard, stand, and earphone combo for my wife for Christmas 2010 via Site to Store. StS notifications were timely. Pickup from the store was effortless. This set came in a HUGE overpack box! Well packaged though. The wife used the keyboard for one day then decided she really didn't want it. It worked fine, no complaints about the quality of the merchandise. Back in the HUGE box everything went, (thank goodness I kept all of the original packaging), and back to my local Walmart Customer Service desk I went. I was quickly processed and my refund issued. Initaially the Customer Service rep could not pull up my site to store purchase, dispite my having all my receipts and packing lists. Finally a CSR manager processed my return as a local purchase and refunded my purchase price to my debit card.
This keyboard exceeded my expectations. Great piano tone. The reverb and touch response makes it feel like you're playing a real piano. The other 359 tones are great sounding too. Key Transpose is handy if you want to go an octave lower or higher. I'd recommend this for anyone who needs a "beginner" keyboard or one just to practice on. The quality of the keyboard speakers are not that great but headphone quality is. I hooked it up to my computer speakers and it sounded great.
This keyboard is great for the price! As a beginner, it does just what I need it to do. It comes with nice, helpful resources such as, the song book, book holder, and the LCD display. The volume is a tad low, but...for beginners that might be a good thing! Overall, I glad I bought it. We're going to have a good relationship with each other!
I am so very happy with this product!!!! I can't believe the sound, it sounds like you are playing the piano. The headphones you don't even know you have them on, the sound through them is excellent. I would recommend this to family and friends!!! This product came fast and there was no damage!!! easy to set up and very light weight. Love it Love it Love it!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had keyboards under $100 before; this one was far less in price and far above in quality. I play guitar and use the keyboard to help me write music. This keyboard matches those selling for hundreds more. AND, it comes complete with 'stand' and 'headphones' as well as the charger/converter. It can connect to a PC, feed into an amp, and has a qualty tone. I've purchased many items from Walmart and this is at the top of best buys.
This Casio keyboard is a great keyboard for our beginner. It was recommended by his music teacher. He is only 6, but is able to work well with the keyboard. It was a descent price for a touch sensitive keyboard, stand, headphones and power supply. Having it shipped to our local Wal-mart was free and very easy.
We bought it for my son for his piano lessons and this keyboard with its touch sensitive keys helps him practice as though a real piano. I was surprise what a nice set of headphones it comes with and very comfortable. Didn't even know it has a built in music book holder on the back of it while you play.
I bought this for my nephew for my christmas and he loved. He has always wanted to learn to play the piano and this is good enough for him to start learning the basics. Specially with the earphones..no matter how bad he is playing I can't hear him..LOL! You get your quite time! So if you want to get your kid started on playing the piano, don't spent thousands of dollars in one when the are just learning, get them this keyboard!!
