I ordered this for my boyfriend because he always is saying he needs a massage, so I thought this product would be a more permanent approach, he can get a massage everyday! he loves it and I tried it and love it! It's the next best thing to having a personal masseuse come to your home everyday.
Works very well and and the heat feature is wonderful! The pause and spot massage features are a plus. Thought it was a little expensive compared to the next lower model but still well worth the price. Wish the netting over the rollers was a bit thicker though. Doesn't look very durable. Time will tell.
I bought this product for my dad for Christmas. After he opened it, I had to try it. I almost took it back home with me because it was so amazing. But, my father really liked it as well so I let him keep it. Although I don't want to spend that much money on myself. I do think about getting one for myself because it really does a great job of massaging and has a great feature of adjusting the width of the rollers to where you want them to be. Fits any person. A wonderful experience.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mum. She has a back problem and I was worried she might be in pain when using it but it turns out she just LOVED it. It is very easy to use and the heat mode helps her relax. I'm glad I bought it for her. I should mention though that this chair is not the best choice for people that are quite tall since it won't reach their uppr back very well.

I received this as a gift. It really massages my entire back. I love the shiatsu feature because it kneads away tight muscles in my back. Both my husband and I use it...and we are very pleased with it. The heat, the shiatsu, and the rolling features work together very well and are almost as good as a professional massage. Well worth the money.
I bought this item for my husband for Christmas. He loves it. The massaging cushion really is aggressive and helps work out all the kinks in the back. The heat feels really good and never gets too hot.
The only reason this product didn't get 5 stars is because it could go higher up the back. Other than that it is great. Spot messaging, adjustable width rollers and good heat make it an excellent product. Don't know about reliability yet but looks sturdy.
I received this as a Christmas gift after my wife caught me trying one out in the store. It is okay and does what it is supposed to, but it is a bit small for my back and the rollers are uncomfortable. This thing really digs in to your back. You can't sit on it for very long or it will wear you out! My wife thought that I would keep it in my easy chair all the time and sit on it every time I sit down in the chair. It is a hard and uncomfortable piece of plastic and there is no way that I can sit on it all the time. Also, the purple lights cannot be turned off unless it is unplugged from the wall. I finally put it on an unused end of the couch and covered it with a blanket. The lights don't bother me there, but it doesn't get used much either.
I was black and blue - and I'm usually the person telling the masseuse that no massage it too aggressive. This thing is REALLY bad people. Don't buy it. Walmart was great getting it to me quickly, but the product couldn't have been worse. I returned it immediately.
