Worked great on a pulled muscle in my shoulder. Would be nice if the rollers were closer together.
This is by far the best massager I've ever owned. Hard for me to use the high setting this thing is so powerful. Great heat starts up quick. Great for do it yourself massagers.
I purchased this for my husband but ended up taking it for myself. It is very intense and does the job very well. I am very plesaed with my purchase.
its not as strong as other percussion massagers, and the 2 balls r to far away from eachother to feel the massager they way i would like to feel it. for my legs anyway where i really need it for theback like shoulder its good. but I remember years ago i BROUGHT A HOMEDIC PERCUSSION AND IT WAS ABOUT THE SAME PRICE AS THIS 1 SO i HTOUGHT IT WAS THE SAME 1 IT WAS VERY STRONG BUT NOT THIS 1. IF U LIKE A STRONG VIBRATION THIS 1 IS NOT THE 1 IF U LIKE A MILD MASSAGE THEN IT PERFECT
I ordered this online and was anxious to use it however, the heat did not work. Alas, I had to return this to the store. Also worth noting, is that the product is a lot larger than it appears in the picture.
this massager is not very powerful....had an older version that was awesome......of course doesnt make anymore....was informed by the company that they dont make powerfull ones like before.so i said,so why bother making junk ones that isnt as good....she couldnt answer....ended up buying another brand called the eurrosage that was more money and better than the old one i had..........
The purchase was for my other in law. I'd bought it for leg cramps she gets. She wasn't able to lift the thing though let alone actually sit and use it on her legs. It wasn't so heavy noone could find comfort in using it, but it was a little heavier than I think something used for a leisure purpose should be. The settings and extendable arm were very nice, and it did seem as though it would last and run for quite some time.
We purchased a HoMedics Percussion Massager from Wal-Mart that was not the extended massager. Ours first one does not extend, and the non-extended massager is not now available. The new extended massager is NOT nearly as effective as its previous model. We will keep ours but there is no comparison. The former model gives a great, deep massage. The new, extended model is not nearly as good. We would sure like to buy two of the old model.
I have had a Homedics Percussion Massager before and it was the most wonderful thing. It was so easy to use, you could massage your neck, shoulders and lower back easily and very effectively. This is just a cheaper model from what I had before and it just doesn't measure up. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.
This product is nothing like its predecessor; it is priced about the same as the one that I purchased in 2003 -- and I would still be using it if I hadn't worn the electrical wiring from too much use...it was great! This is not, it has far less features, it is not nearly as powerful; it looks and feels exactly as it is (poor quality).
