I have been on Atkins for two weeks and I have lost 15 pounds. I use both the bars and the shakes. Great taste and helps me to stay on program. Also use frozen meals which are very good when I am in a hurry.
I use these shakes to supplement my diet, esp when not eating well due to not feeling well. Bonus is that I have lost wt. I do do PT exercises daily. Energy level picks up, too. I enjoy the taste better than other products I have tried. My cousin w/ a severe illness and determination to not miss any family activities introduced me to these.
These are the bomb...... Yummy...
I especially liked buying them in a six-pack, not only because of the price, but because there was no way containers could shift or break in transport. Please sell more flavors this way!
The product performs as advertised. Buying by the case is no significant savings.
