My cat loves this scratching post. It has been discontinued in my Wal-mart & replaced with one that is much narrower. One that she won't have anything to do with. So, I went online and found her favorite scratching post at a better price. I ordered it and received the scratching post in an timely manner. My cat is happy once again.
I had a similar scratching post for my cat since he was a kitten. He loved that thing and my toddlers and their cousins got to it - tore the rope right off and left it for dead on my back patio... I looked all over for an inexpensive replacement and found this. It was perfect and my 10 year old cat went right to it like it's been there forever. This is a great scratching post and you can't beat the price!!
Solid, nice texture, good price. Only problem I have is my cats arent using it. Maybe it takes a while for them to get used to it, not sure.
