I'm very pleased with this speaker. I like that it looks like a grown-up (I don't need hot pink!) and the charger base is nice and sleek. I like that it has some heft to it, this speaker is certainly portable but not lightweight to throw in your beach bag - this looks good in your house. I paired easily and sound is quite good. A little more bass than I expected but that's better than it tending towards treble/tinniness... At the price I paid, couldn't be more pleased.
Best I could tell from my research this model is a closeout. Did not matter as long as it worked well and IT DID! I LOVE IT! The sound is great. It is a little bigger than I had pictured in my mind but so worth it to get the great sound. I was missing a cord. I called iHome so that maybe I would not need to return the system since I loved it so much. They put one in the mail to me and I got it in a couple of days. I would so order another one if I needed 2. Great thing it is so portable that 1 is all you need. Easy to connect to Blue Tooth. Found this at Sam's on line auction site. Would highly recommend.
The speaker sounds great! I came into the room thinking our house stereo system was on and it was the Ihome Speaker. I does take several hours to charge the first time but then it is so easy to synch. We will be using this as our main speaker for an upcoming grad party...
Sound is excellent for speaker its size. Great treble and bass. We own two now we liked it so much. Charging is quick and easy with the almost invisible charging base and the Bluetooth range is really good. Love it. Cant say enough good things about this item. Shipping was lightening fast. Love the sams website !!
I got one speaker and had a small cook out, the sound is great and the ability to be wireless and charge my phone off it was the best. I ended up buying a second one so we can use them together. Highly recommend this product. The price was great too, worked great with my android and my xm radio. Very compact and has great sound quality
Bought this to give as a gift. Prior to giving out, I went ahead and charged the battery and did a sound check. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. It is no Bose (I have a Soundlink), but for a 1/4 of the price, its not bad. In reading the manual it said you could pair two together to get true stereo sound, I just might get a second one and try it out.
Nice speaker for the price. Use it primarily out by pool and does a good job. Easy set up with charging stand. Sounds good too, maybe a little too bassie.
I love the portability of this speaker. It pairs easily to phone or tablet. Stays charged for a long time. There is a hiss that is disappointing but for price paid on the auction website I will overlook that.
Sounds tinny and bassy at the same time. Sounds cheaply made. If your expecting JBL or Bose quality, don't waste your time with these. Average use would be acceptable, otherwise for the demanding audiophile, I don't think they will like them.
I was excited to get these wireless speakers. I bought 2 so I could have stereo. It is possible that they would have worked better if using only one speaker instead of two, not sure didn't test that out. I used two different phones to see if it was an issue with my phone but every 1-2 minutes there would be a 1 second break in the music that was playing. it sounded like a "blip" and then would continue playing the song. I thought it would clear itself up. I reset my phone and unplugged speakers to see if that would help. I kept the speakers for 2 weeks and finally the blip interruptions weren't acceptable any longer. I would have to give a thumbs down on my experience with this speaker system.
