I love it !
Purchased this unit for my son and he loves it. Easy to use the bluetooth feature and sound is great. My son loves the portable charger too.
If the k-cell is put back in backward it will not come out. The clock still works, but this feature is then lost. Customer service was no help at all, said they do not cover damage. I don't call putting the k-cell in to charge damaging. It is not labeled front you have to ready the fine print to know which way is correct. Bad design and rude customer service.
I bought two last year. One still works since we hardly use it.The other no longer has sound. I enjoyed the radio while it worked, but it costs too much to buy.
Sounded great while it worked. One day it started making horrible noises anytime it used the speaker. It hit the bottom of the garbage can with a thud. Avoid this item due to poor reliability.
Got this as achristmas gift . within 4 months started making cracking noises and sound just died . Tried to contact customer service three times and got no response.
As with other users within a few months the unit start to crackle and the sound finally fades to nothing. If it remains unplugged for a period of time you can get about an hour of sound out of it before it fades to nothing. Steer clear of this product will last just outside of the warranty period then die.
