Been a recurring customer for close to a year. Have a birthday coming up on 7/27 and will be 70 then. I think Nestle ought to give me a birthday gift on my July shipment and give me a case of chocolate or vanilla glucose control
My husband is diabetic and has suffered several year with Achalasia of the esophagus Recently had surgery which turned bad for him and spent 11 days in the ICU The Boost has been a great help during the past several years His favorite was the chocolate However, we have not been able to find anything except the Rich Chocolate He cannot tolerate this with his swallowing problemsnot allowed on his diet He is adapting to his new eating patterns Keeping his blood sugars has been difficult without the chocolate boost Had I known it was to be discontinued I would have purchased cases to get him through this terrible time WHY OH WHY DID YOU STOP MAKING THE REGULAR CHOCOLATE DIABETIC BOOST
I have used this product for some time now! The pro dust is very good and I recommend ordering from this company!
Boost Glucose Control, has been a great meal replacer. I had surgery last Spring and had no appetite afterwards, but obviously being diabetic needed to eat. I used a container of Boost and a piece of fruit and did very well.
I drink one a day to with my blood sugar (I am a diabetic). And I love the subscription so I don't run out. And there are times I can't find in stores.
I really love boost. We are elderly and need the extra vitamins, minerals and protein to supplement our diet. We like boost better than other supplement drinks.
Boost had no chocolate, that I really like, so I thought I would try the strawberry. Excellent and I will by again. I have a subscription for 48 bottles every 2 months and likely will alternate between chocolate and strawberry.
My Mom is almost 89 and lives alone I am there every other day and my sister and I make 3-4 phone calls a day to check on her She has ALOT of trouble and most times cant open these bottles of Boost unless we are there Otherwise its a great meal supplement as she has very little appetite anymore Shes diabetic and must eat and needs that nutrition and protein
I have been recently diagnosed with being pre-diabetic. Some days I'm good and other days I have all the symptoms of type 2 diabetes. I have been trying the Boost Glucose Control for about a month now and I have not had any morning episodes. The flavor is smooth and tastes good for a protein drink. I normally will have it as a breakfast or morning/afternoon snack. Just wish it would cost a little less for a six pack, but it keeps me from crashing at work.
I bought Boost because of the advertising. I have type 2 diabetes. I experienced strange rises in my BG. Finally I checked the Boost. My BG had been running 109 - 128 for over a week. Fasting and 2 hrs after eating. I woke up in the middle of the night. Since I was up I decided to take my BG. It was 117. I was hungry so I took a Boost. 4 hours later my BG was 168. I had had nothing but Boost. 3 hour later it was still at 162. I have experimented with it and decided it is not as advertised. All these reviews say nothing about checking BG they just say it is a good meal replacement. One company had advertised Carb Smart in a drink for glucose. That was a waste of money as well.
