We have just bought our 4th gate/fence. It works well is easy to set up and take down. Storage space is small and light in weight for shopping/moving. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This gate is reasonably priced compared to any other that opens as wide. I defiatly reccomend.
I purchaesed this gate for my home daycare and it works great. It is sturdy and is a nice color. You can take it down, fold it or leave it all the way up. If you have a large or irregular are that needs a gate I would try this one. Good quality gate for the price.
This is an exceptional product. It was easy to install, very well made and did exactly what we wanted. It is designed to provide secure indoors child care but we wanted it to keep our pet dogs out of our living room area. We have an open concept living/dining area and this worked perfectly. It stretches from 144 to 172 inches and is 36 inches tall. It can be easily removed and the gate is wide enough that there is no need to take it down to clean around.
This gate is a lot more sturdy than I imagined it would. We had to bold it to the wall,since the kids are climbers, and it does wiggle a little, but the design of it makes it so that even when they're messing around with it, it doesn't rip the anchors from the wall. Great product so far, hope it can survive my kids and dogs.
This is a very nice gate that we are currently using in our nursery at church. It is a great room divider to keep the kids safe while the nursery attendants can take better care and handling of the kids when the room has been divided. This is a great way to keep the kids safe.
Bought this gate because my best friend has the same one and it's the only one either of us could find to fit the large area between our similar living rooms and dining rooms/kitchens. I searched for hours online and this was the only one that would fit. It's pretty sturdy and I love that you can see thru the mesh so it doesn't make the space seem smaller. Door stays open when not in use which is a must for me since my dog will cry forever if it closed and he wants to come in and out. Only problem with mine was that it came with one of the hinges cracked and sharp. I used it anyway cuz it's on the side where baby can't touch it and honestly it was already screwed in and set up before we noticed it when we went to place the gate on the wall mount. Too much hassle to remove it at that point and we needed the gate there ASAP. Ah well!! Great gate otherwise. Would recommend to others.
Absolutely love this product fits our home perfectly. The only improvement I can see is to put nonskid pads on the bottoms of the feet so that people who have tile floors do not have the gate sliding everywhere. I took my glue gun and lined the bottom of the feet and that prevented the sliding, however if they were already nonskid that would have made this a five-star product.
I bought two of these to make a free standing play area. So far, very sturdy and keeps my 9 month old safe inside. I gave it four stars instead of five because he accidentally keeps knocking his head on metal poles and corner areas, I wish they would be cushioned somehow. It does take a large space in my living room but I think it's worth it if it keeps my son secure inside.. Keep in mind you have to place it on some type of carpet or mat so baby won't get hurt if he falls.
I like this gate because it was the only one that I could find that would fit the GINORMOUS opening that I have in my home. When I got it the swivel piece to the door was broken which was a disappointment so we cant shut it properly and the baby can push the gate a little even though it is secured into the wall. The wall mounts they gave were so cheap and we had to get metal ones (we didnt have studs). Other than that I love it.
