I started buying this instead of protein powder for breakfast protein shakes or smoothies. It has more added nutrients than my other protein powder with the same amount of protein and helps regulate my blood sugar in the morning. Works just like a regular protein shake - you do need to put it in a blender bottle or blend it into a smoothie to avoid lumps but that's how any protein powder works so I don't mind. Tastes better than the pre-bottled glucerna too - more like hot chocolate.
I purchased the vanilla powder and mix with 8 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Others are saying it doesn't mix well...I don't have that issue ya just gotta shake the container you put it in very well. Honestly there isn't anything I dislike about it ..I highly recommend for a nutritious shake!
I bought the vanilla powder about 3 weeks ago. I've been hoping glucerna would come out with a powder for a few years now. This powder is pretty good - it's definitely better with milk rather than water but to watch my carbs, instead I use a couple tablespoons of sugar free vanilla cream, a splash of milk and mix those two with the 8 oz of water and scoop of protein and it tastes nice and creamy like it would with milk but is about a 1/6th the carbs. If only they made a strawberry flavored powder!
I have read multiple reviews that it doesnt blend well. Honestly, I havent tried it with water. When I blend it in my nutribullet with coconut milk it blends beautifully. No grittiness. Tastes like birthday cake ( I use the vanilla). I sure hope you dont take it off the shelf. I even started adding spinach and blueberries to it. Wonderful product! Now I will hoard in case it goes off the shelves!

I bought this product 3 weeks ago. It is a smooth and fantastic drink shake , I have only tried the chocolate .Just water and the one scoop and I feel full. Have energy before and after workout .Thank you for this fanastic product.
I've been making a lot of smoothies and wanted some sugar free protein powder to keep my sugar in check. I saw this and purchased it. It works perfectly in the blender with frozen fruit, chia seeds, and a bit of water. It's also good with some natural peanut butter and frozen banana (and water).
I bought this powdered version and personally, it tasted terrible. The powder doesn't mix well, at all... there are always lumps left in it. This powdered version doesn't taste anything like the premixed version. I only bought the powder, because I was having problems finding the premixed version.
I bought this thinking that it might be good for a mid-morning snack. I tried the chocolate, my favorite flavor, every way on the container. The bad aftertaste was there in all the ways I tried. Tastes really bad, old or whatever you want to call it. You will not want to drink it. It was pricey so I did not want to try any other flavor.
