Worked great. Had a small burning blister on the back of my heal from wearing high heals for a few hours. Put this on and it soothes the sting. Stayed in place all day without moving. Seems to soothe the blister while protecting from further damage from shoes. Fits nicely on the back of the heal. Universal and I'm sure you can use anywhere like a bandaid.
