In "my day" bottles, nipples, rings and pacifiers were faithfully sanitized in water boiled on the stove top. With my first grandchild, I offered to sanitize bottles for my daughter. Often, the needs of keeping up with baby meant the time slipped away and before I knew it, the water I set to boil was depleted and had to be started again. I was shopping for new bottles when I saw a display for microwave steam bags. I'm already a proponent of vapor steam cleaning my home, and use steam bags for cooking, so I felt the product would be a valuable asset. When I read the instructions and saw that each bag could be used up to 20 times (with easy-to-remember boxes for marking each use) I knew it would be cost-effective and hoped it would provide the sanitation necessary to prevent illness from bacteria on baby's utensils. The bag will hold two complete sets of bottles and bottle parts. 3 minutes in the microwave is all it takes to steam sanitize for use. Use caution removing the hot bag, empty by pouring out hot water through the handy spout in the top side of each bag, and remove contents to your drying rack with a pair of tongs. Simple, quick, convenient! Much better option than needing a pan of boiling water on the stove. I will keep this as a new mom gift for showers! Also think it is great for traveling to friends and family homes when you may need to re-wash and make bottles.
I'll admit I'm lazy when it comes to sterilizing my bottles and pacifiers, so I was intrigued when Dr. Brown's gave me these microwave steam sterilizer bags to review! I never used a sterilizer bag before, but it was super easy and the instructions are on the bag itself so no worries if you forget how long to microwave it. I was able to fit 2 bottles, their nipples, and a few pacifiers in the bag and liked knowing they're sterilized. I also liked that there's a section on the bag to keep track of how many times it's been used. I like that this method of sterilizing is easy and affordable. I let the bag cool down for a few minutes out of caution (contents are hot!) and still have to air dry the items, but it's perfect if you don't need to use them right away. I'd definitely recommend these bags as an affordable way to sterilize your microwave-safe items!

These Dr. Brown's Microwave Steam Sterilizer Bags are very convenient and easy to use. This product contains 5 bags that can be used up to 20 times each. You add 2 ounces of water to the bag and then add bottles or other baby products that you want to sterilize. The instructions are easy to follow and I can fit several small baby products in each bag. The process is quick and I definitely recommend this for people with babies and toddlers.

Dr.browns gave me these steam sterilizer bags to try and they really surprised me. They worked well for steaming my pump parts and and baby bottles. The directions on the bag are clearly printed and easily readable. They list various times for different microwave wattage! I love these for the convenience and ease of use.
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. A convenient thing when traveling and at home! The top of the package is equipped with a reliable zip fastener. Such a package is more convenient than boiling and cheaper than buying a sterilizer. And the sterilizer takes up a lot of space. There is a detailed instruction on the reverse side. I highly recommend it!
I like that these bags don't take up counter space and that they can be used up to 30 times.
Washing and sterilizing bottle and pump parts are the worst and very time consuming. Dr. Browns sent me these bags to try for my honest review. After washing the bottle/pump parts I loaded them in the bag and popped it in the microwave. Quick and easy!! I love how the bags can be used more than once and like how you can check the boxes so you know how many times its been used. These are also perfect for on the go/traveling.
