Love this thing.

I absolutely love my new white noise machine. I love that it has different settings to make it louder or quieter depending on what kind of sleeper you are. I love the design and that it's not super huge, making it easy to travel with if needed. Highly recommend this if you want more peaceful sleep to help keep out any outside noise.

Works!

Works like a charm for my wife and I and our newborn, drowns out most sounds (will be overcome by short sudden sounds like a child jumping off his bunk bed or a loud sound of thunder), but you'll not be let down, trust me. Same quality as the ones used in hospitals, excellent buy, will likely be purchasing 2 more for the other kids.

Wish I bought it earlier.

It works very well! You plug it in, switch it on and sleep like a baby. You can customize the sound it makes by twirling the top. Basically however you want it to sound, you can have it your way. We used to use an air purifier for background noise but that would go through filters very quickly. I used a kill a watt to determine the power usage. On low it's 9 watts on high it's 18. That is much less than our fans and air purifier. Looking forward to saving some money on electric. So far very happy with this tiny gizmo. It doesn't take up much space on our night stand. Will be purchasing second soon!

Great investment item

Very pleased with our Dohm Classic sound machine. I love that it plugs into an outlet, so no worries of constantly buying batteries. My husband loves that it is a steady sound with no sound re-sets like many sound makers or white noise machines.

Really the best sound machine I ever purchased. I love that it sounds like a fan without making the room feel cold. I put it by my door to drown out the neighbors conversations and it works so good I don't hear anything now.

Works great

works great. It was slightly detached from the base in the package. Popped back together easily but I remain curious if it is a design flaw and hope it does not impact the product.

Helpful Sound Machine

I think the machine is helpful in helping me fall back to sleep although I expected the sound to be either louder or somewhat different. If you order it in white, the cord is very white but the machine is an off white.

It helps with sleep to mimick a fan sound.

This soynd sleep unit is similar to one we purchased from Sears years ago, which is what i was wanting. It arrived in perfect condition and it works! It has a low and high switch to mimick a fan, and you can twist the top and side to have a lower or higher fan sound. I gave it 4 Stars because if the high setting was louder itd be perfect!!

Good but too quiet

It is exactly what you'd expect; a small fan inside a housing that produces a steady background hum. I can't complain as to its functionality. It does what it is supposed to do. My only complaint is that it is much quieter than I was hoping for. If you are used to something substantial like a box fan, this will prove far too quiet. I don't dislike it enough to return it, but it's being relegated to my travel bag for use in hotels.

Horrible - Quality Gone Downhill

I have owned four Yogasleep products, but the last two that I have received have been defective (fan obstruction). Either the quality has gone downhill or they have been selling refurbished units.
