Picture quality is that of a high definition T.V. Its instint play black is amazing. I would its also very durable when suctioned on correctly. I would recommend this product to my family and friends. Just wish they had this in a body camera version.
I bought this dash cam because I have a Garmin GPS for about 3 years now and it works great. Knowing that I decided to purchase this dash cam. I used it today in my travels, and reviewed some of the footage that it captured. I left it on the factory settings and I was pleased with the recording quality. The construction quality of this dash cam is much better then the old camera it replaced. If you are considering buying a dash cam, I would recommend this Garmin.
I wasn't sure about ordering this at first but once I started using it I was completely sold. For the size of this I couldn't believe how wide the view range is. When I look at if on my computer the picture is amazing. It took a bit of playing around with before I understood how to use all the functions. Totally worth the money!
This is ready to GO out of the box, GREAT picture, easy operation, we love it.
The suction cup needs special attention, do not put it on top of the blackout behind the rear view mirror, the blackout has a texture that eill makei impossible,adherence by vacuum. You cn, however use the adhesive patch innthat area. Instructions are easy to follow, I also upgraded to a larger capacity mini SD card, it seems to to work well, no events so far, time will tell the rest.
Works very well. It is very easy to use and figure out and picture quality is good. While driving it dims the screen automatically after a minute to conserve power. It is less distracting that way too.
I bought this a few weeks ago and was able to take it directly from the box and begin using it. Everything I needed was in the box, do all I needed to do was to attach it to my windshield, plug it in, and press the on switch. The screen is the perfect size...not too big do that it obscured my view of the road, yet big enough to clearly see what was being recorded. It was a "no regret" purchase.
The device works just fine. I thought I was purchasing a new model, but when it arrived, it was in a 'refurbished' box. Other than that, the picture quality is great at 1080p. Just what I was hoping for.
Great easy to use and setup. So far I really enjoy it.
Purchased this little gem to use on my delivery routes. Its small,and discreet and just works perfectly. At this price it's perfect. I upgraded to a 32 gig card,the most allowed, and I get hours of great video. It just does what it supposed to do. The only thing I would've liked is being able to push video to my phone but thats a different model. If your thinking of purchase dont hesitate.
