I have always loved Mane and Tail products and after trying other brands for and everyday hair, skin and nail needs I always find myself coming back. For me my own personal bonus love for this and rhe rest of the line is the ranch/farm smell that brings back memories of horseback riding every weekend as a kid.
My hair was teased and full of hairspray and I had just gotten my hair highlighted so I didn't want to pull any hair out trying to brush through the tangled mess so I decided to give Mane n Tail 🐴 Detangler a try and it worked WONDERS! Didn't pull hardly any hair out! I'm going to buy the shampoo and conditioner now!
My daughter is biracial but has very curly and thick hair. No matter what I put in her hair (and believe me I have tried it all), it sucks the moisture in and her hair looks dry, like a sponge without water, even right after a bath. When I try and comb it out she cries and complains the whole time I am trying to do her hair. It's a nightmare and sometimes I just give up to stop torturing her. Just for the record I always put something in her hair before combing out, never dry. I decided to try a brush that is used to detangle curly hair (Den***) and also bought this spray just to see what happened. Well...I don't know if it was just the brush or just this spray or a little of both but I was able to get all the tangles out of her hair and the spray left her hair moisturized! She still complained but not as much and she didn't cry once. I am sold! If you are debating whether to try it or not I suggest you do, it's a great product!
I ride a motorcycle so this is a product i can't live without! My hair used to get so tangled, now it's not hard to manage at all!!

I love this detangler! I have long hair that always gets very tangled when it's loose, or when l get out of the shower. Mane and Tail Detangler works like a charm on both wet or dry hair to get those knots and tangles out! Great product, highly recommend!
Used it on my synthetic wig, it worked to detangle but did not prevent any tangles.
I have shrinking hair and that makes it's tangled it helps alot... Just apply as much you like to get the job done...
It works okay but its not the best. I used to love the smell too and this just doesn't smell the same as it used to.
I got my spray which is great, except I spent $13 to only get half a bottle of spray because when I opened the package it had leaked out all inside because they didn't package their shipment well enough. I'm thoroughly disappointed and I'll make sure that I never get any type of liquid from this company again honestly I thought I was ordering from Walmart I didn't expect to spend that much money to only get half a bottle. it's hard to see in the photo but the bottle is wet and sticky and discolored from sitting in the spray for as long as it did, The lid was halfway unscrewed and that's why it leaked out
