Purchased this cover thinking it should do the job for the price but it exceeded my expectations. Very easy install, great quality, and does what I bought it for to keep the bed dry. My wife did not believe it could keep out water and living in south Florida we get some very heavy rainfall. Not a drop in the bed. I highly recommend this product for any truck bed...
Purchased the vanish cover to go on my 2013 Ram. Installed in about an hour very good tight fit. Went through a tropical depression which dumped 22 inches of rain for the month. Totally dry no leaks and no ponding, very happy with the purchase. Customer service is top notch. Excellent purchase for the price will buy another one when time to replace. 5 stars
I really went back and forth between this cover and a tuxedo. I called and talked to William, ext 120, he was a great help and told me that I could not go wrong with the Vanish. It was very easy to install, and looks awesome on the 08 Dodge Ram. I have a bed rug under it, so it fits extra snug with absolutely no water or moisture getting in whatsoever. I was a little concerned about the 3 year warranty, but it's pretty much a grocery getter and camper puller anyway! Great Product!
By far, the best designed tonneau cover on the market. The engineering when designing this accessory was perfect. I purchased one for my father for Christmas, and after installing it for him (about 10 minutes total), I threw my existing tonneau cover in the trash, and purchased a second one for me. What an amazing product. Will be a customer for life. Very, very satisfied. I hope this review will help finalize your decision.
Excellent cover, super easy to install. Looks great and operates easy. Install took about 25 minutes, but Im kind of a stickler, coulda got it done in 15 if i rushed. Take your time with the stick on gasket....nice and straight since its visible at the front of the cover. Oh yeah, best price fastest shipping Ive seen on tonneau covers
Very nice looking and easy to use. Takes a little time to install the first time and you lose your rail system cleat usage but thats what you have to give up for the good sleek look. I take it off to put a rack on at times and its about a half hour to make the switch from TracRac to cover now. I would buy again!
Went together very easily, once I figured out the pictures in the instructions. Looks good and works well. Only one complaint, the straps that hold it when it is rolled up in the back of bed are attched on the back side of cover so when you roll it up the rubber seal at the rear of bed allows water to come in where the strap is connected. We had a good rain after we installed to the truck so we closed it up and tested it. No water got in exept where these two straps pushed in the rubber seal in the back.
The cover went on fast and easy. It looks great; very low profile. The problem was the tarp came damaged. I called the # on the packing list and they sent me a new tarp the next day. It`s not as water tight as I had hoped, but i`m very happy with how it looks.
Pretty easy to install. But the loop on the right side was not stitched into a loop. Just a straight strap. Will need to stitch it to make a loop to put the hook into. Not sure I like it any better than the Tonnosport on my other truck and the Tonnosport is less expensive.
Tonneau cover was received with a bolt hole of one the the side rails miss-drilled preventing assembly with the bulkhead rail. After holding online for 35 minutes I finally reached an advisor who said a warranty ticket would be opened and asked to attach photos which I did. After two days of waiting I called again and was placed in hold for 18 minutes. The gentlemen who assisted me said another case worker needed to be assigned. When asked about the timing I was not provided a response because it was their “busy season”. When asked how long these request takes I was advised it could take up to two weeks. Three more days passed without a response. I decided to call the direct line of my original case worker which yielded no response. I used the non-helpful warranty portal to open another ticket and noticed my original had been closed. 10 more day's passed without a response. I opened another ticket as we'll as reopen my original. Several other days passed and finally a third person called me to tell me that replacement rail has been shipped directly from the manufacturer. In total this process took almost a full month to resolve, three warranty tickets, two phone calls totaling 53 minutes of hold time and three employees all who could not provide me a status or timing to my resolution. Online reviews have indicated this is an constant issue. Fortunately the tonneau cover works well and am happy with its looks and performance.
