This is beautiful. Bigger than I thought it would be, I got the ten inch size, the twelve inch would have been too large for my stand. It is quite heavy, so should hold up well. It isn't as reflective as the mirror type balls are but still looks nice in the garden.
Absolutely perfect! It was bigger than I thought. Very sturdy. The crackled glass gives it an iridescent look ( ordered the whote gazing ball). It appears magical, and has transformed my butterfly garden into what looks like a small Eden. This was the best purchase I have made all year for my garden. The price was amazing. Very impressed with the quality. When the light hits the ball, it reflects colors in the most gorgeous and mystical way! So glad to have this stellar gem in my yard!
It was packaged well, and is a beautiful royal blue color and looks lovely in our garden!
very big and well made has excellent crackle to the globe. i bought the bright green and is a very pretty color will go well in the backyard. on thing to note is does not come with a stand that is separate. highly recommend for you or a gift.

The gazing globe is a pale green with subtle tan swirls that reflect beautifully throughout the day.

I ordered an aqua one and purple. Love them both. If it was not tacky to have more I would order in different colors. Who knows there is the front yard for a couple more. The packing was great, bubble wrap, cardboard folded for the corners in a small box and then bubble wrap and in a bigger box.
The color was off from the picture, it's a more pinkish purple than a plum. It's still very pretty and well made. I love it.
I am not happy with the quality. It is very pretty and heavy. I am happy with that. However, the quality of the globe is poor. There are two divots on the surface. I can not tell if they go the thickness of the glass or if water will get inside, but they shouldn't be there. It is a defect. I contacted customer service. They said I have to prove that the holes go all the was through and that water gets in it. Now, how am I going to do that? They won't discuss a return until I can prove that. For the price, I would have done better off if I had gone elsewhere. I guess next time I will. Last purchase with Hayneedle.
