Love this hanger. It is beautiful, finish looks great and match our other black finish furnitures. Material seems of good quality. Building it was very fast and instructions were clear. Would buy it again. That's the second product we buy from Hayneedle (other product was an outdoor bench) and I'm happy with both purchases. Would definitely buy here again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good quality coat rack. I purchased it to replace one that I previously owned. It is very sturdy and stable. It can hold a lot of coats, rain gear, waders, parkas etc. It is very easy to put together and only took me 10-15 minutes to put it together. The highly polished lacquer finish provides an elegant look for any foyer or entry way.
We needed a stand for ours hats that would be low impact and clean visually. This was perfect and very easy to put together.
Functional, excellent quality, and beautiful! Although it was not difficult to assemble, I did not give it an "easy to assemble" rating simply because it was a little hard for one person to hold the separate pieces while you're trying to screw them together. I did, however, figure a way to hold them together and was able to assemble it alone. Great product!
Great look, easily to assemble and works rather well for my purposes. After a bathroom redo I did not want towel racks again. The products allows the look I wanted and surprises my friends that also tire of only wall mount products.
A very good product, and the assembly instructions (pretty basic) were complete and understandable. The price seems a little bit high for such a simple item -- after putting it together, it didn't seem to me that it was really quite worth the price, but it is good-looking and so if it is a bit overpriced, it's not by much...
I purchased this beautiful coat rack as a gift for my girlfriend to use in her office. It did not take up very much room and it serves its purpose perfectly. In addition, the materials and construction are top-notch. Since she has begun to use it, her colleagues at work have complimented its appearance and utility on a daily basis!
Very good quality and very well organized package . Easy to assemble. It comes with Allen wrench tool, but you will need a screwdriver (not included) also for assembly at the lower part. One of the parts was missing (part: J) see picture for that. I didn't know how to contact the company for this part. In general I am satisfied with this purchase. The price is high but its good quality and it looks great in the corner . If the part (j) wasn't missing will be giving it 5 stars. And it doesn't effect the product at all but it should be a plastic or rubber goes under the leg of the rack. It stand pretty solid and stable on carpet and very balanced even with hanging a heavy coat on one side. I will recommend it for a friend absolutely
Like other reviewers, I have some issues with chipping on the rack, but it's not too obvious. Was super easy to put together, took me about 10 minutes once I got all the plastic off the pieces (that took twice as long!). It's also bigger than I thought it would be, I was hoping for something a little less obtrusive. But, it's not worth taking apart and putting back in the box to return, so I'll keep it.
the underlying wood product is actually compressed cardboard. The one leg arrived with the finish chipped because the underlying material spawled. I pointed this leg to the back so its less noticable, but I doubt this thing will go the distance.
