It's definitely has a Cajun flavor. It has a spicy kick!
I add this sausage to paella and it really gives great flavor and some zippy heat to the dish. It would be too spicy for me to eat alone but I don't think this sausage is geared to that. They are nicely lean also.
Genuine andouille that is perfect for cajun cooking, e. g., gumbo.
These Sausage Links and really good. They're not to spicy or to hot. They are just right on the seasoning. I highly recommend them to anyone that loves this type of Sausage Links. I just started buying these a couple of months ago and wish that I would have started before that. They go great with Sweet Baby Ray's original Barbecue sauce and Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard.
I eat this product 5-6 times a week often i just slice it up and throw over a salad. 1-2 is a perfect amount. Sometimes i pan fry or even just microwave to make them warm and juicier.
This cajun andouille sausage is very yummy! It is so quick and easy to cook. I paired mine with some white rice but, would be good with a side of veggies too!
No poisons like the other brands at Walmart %26. they taste amazing, grilled or in an air fryer. Will keep buying if this Walmart keeps them in stock. If not CF, if not in stock there, then you know you're in a small town. Hard living here after Denver, CO, %26 already asking my husband we can move. They have better, EVERYTHING!!
I moved from the heart of Cajun country up to Maine about 2 months ago and have been missing Cajun sausage ever since then. Just so happened to stumble upon Adele's Cajun sausage and a Hannaford and gave it a shot so glad that I did despite living in several Gulf States close to Louisiana I was never able to find anything close to what we have at home so I was incredibly surprised to find it in Maine good job keep up the good work it tastes like home yall.
Incredibly delicious flavor, but it's half tender meat and half chewy gristle or fat pieces. Won't be picking this one up again.
