My son wanted this, I reviewed it from other sites and it had 5 Stars. Wal-Mart only had about 3 so I hoped I wasn't making a mistake. I didn't!! This product should have a firm 5 Stars!! My son, his siblings and anyone who stops by, including adults loves this product!!
I read some of the reviews for this Airhog and contemplated not buying it. I'm glad I decided to buy it. It was fun and did what it was supposed to. The battery does not last that long, but honestly it's not a toy that a child is going to play with for a hours at a time anyway. I do recommend reading the directions thoroughly BEFORE you try to play with it.
purchase it for a gift form my nephew and while it is a wonderful toy they should have made it a bit more sturdy, after playing it for a bit the thing fell on the floor and broke one of its little round plastic things, other than that it continued to work fine, so yeah while it is a good toy you have to be careful not to drop it, which is kind annoying seeing as how it is made to be played with in the air.
This product inexpensive and easy to use. if used out side use in soft grass areas. If product falls to concrete or hard surfaces it will possibly break the sphere. it is great for children of all ages and fun for hours. Once charged it holds charge for a good amount of time. Use non rechargeable batteries in all RC products to get the most and best charge times out of them.
This device is enjoyable and fun for my Grandson. Gives opportunity for some exercise while chasing it around the house. It does not promote a very long attention span for it's use. After awhile it gets kind of boring. It does perform as stated in the literature..
The ball charges and will fly but when it comes down if the fingers get near the blades it hits hard and hurts.
Would not fly higher than a foot at the most. There is no way to pick it up off the floor while it is running or the blades hit your fingers. I took it back, and the associate told me they had been getting a lot of them returned, I got a refund.
It spends more time on the floor than in the air.not for a child
My 8 year old saved his money for a long time to get this.....BROKE WITHIN THE 1ST 1/2 HOUR!!!!! Would not stay over his hand as advertised. It is a lot smaller than it looks and is cheaply made. Quality is something I would find in the DOLLAR store. The only good thing I can say is that I can return it!!!!
Please don't bother with this! Not only does it not work as shown on TV, it broke (with normal use) within 5 minutes of using it. My son was crushed.
