I bought 4 rollercopter for my grandsons this Christmas, they absolutely loved them. The only problem so far is when they tried to fly them together the controller would pick up on all the copters. But they had a blast, great fun, great price.
This is a fun toy for children. I would recommend this only for children older than 5 or 6 as it appears as a very fragile toy. Some experience in using a remote control is also a bit necessary as the fragility of the toy may mean it could crash and get broken easily. Having said all that my son (age 6) received this for Christmas and enjoyed playing with it. He was somewhat frustrated that it only really lasted about 20 minutes before recharging, however he did enjoy that he could recharge the toy himself (by connecting it to the remote control unit). He caught on to using the remote control quite well (and it is useful that it has the ez control function so it doesn't crash so hard). The toy is still in one piece but I am not sure it will last the distance for the price paid.
Two girls LOVE this toy. A big hit with a 6 year old and a 4 year old. 4 year old needs a little help operating but that is to be expected considering the age recommendation. Perfect for the six year old.
Bought this for my 11 year old son and he loves it! The only down side is that he wishes it ran longer after charging. Great toy!
I purchased this in the summer for my nephew. It was awesome. He is 5 and loved it. I now purchased it for my grandson who I know will love it too. It's a cool toy.
Awesome toy, hard to control takes a bit to get the hang of it. My five year old, six year old, and husband love it.
I'm really glad this has a protective cage around the copter, as it will hit the ceiling and walls a few times before getting use to it. My 11 year old grandson got the hang of it quickly. He loves deviling the dog with it!! So glad Walmart had it at such a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
We've owned other inexpensive RC helicopters in the past, and this one falls short of expectations. We've even owned other Air Hogs helicopters and they have all been excellent. This one is difficult to control, very limited line of sight controls and doesn't take off without a lot of extra space, that other RC helicopters don't require. It seems to have a decent build quality for the price, and would amuse any child, but there are better options for the same price point. Wouldn't recommend. Buy a cageless Air Hogs toy and you'll have a better experience.
Only goes left and won't go to the right even with the adjusting tunner.
The first day the copter worked great. The next day the copter wouldn't hold a charge. So, now I need to try to exchange. I have to mail the receipt to Rhode Island. I'm in Pittsburgh, PA.
